Yes. Three of our staff speak English, and they'll support you through your consultation and any questions before or after, so nothing gets lost in translation.
Your consultation will begin within your scheduled 30 minute appointment window, but not always exactly at the scheduled time. The doctor joins the Zoom call between in-person appointments at the clinic, so there may occasionally be a short wait. Please stay in the Zoom room, we will be with you shortly.
Our doctors are male, and an English speaking female staff member is present on every call. Please let us know if you have any concerns, we will do our best to make you comfortable.
Most concerns can be handled entirely online, including first time consultations. However, some conditions require an in-person examination or laboratory testing such as: bleeding outside your period, unusual discharge or itching, STD testing, a Pap smear, or a bladder infection. For these, you're welcome to visit our clinic in Shinjuku.

We are sorry, we do not provide pregnancy care or treatment for miscarriage, either online or at the clinic. For prenatal checkups, delivery, or a suspected miscarriage, please see an obstetrics clinic that handles pregnancy.
Prices are simple and tax included: birth control pills are ¥3,300 per sheet plus ¥660 shipping, and the morning-after pill is ¥12,000. Your first online consultation adds a ¥1,100 fee, and online repeat prescriptions have no consultation fee. In-person visits carry a consultation fee of ¥1,000 to ¥3,000. You always see an itemized invoice before paying.
